The case in the form of an oval frame engraved overall with scrolling foliage and flower heads on a hatched ground, the similarly engraved silvered dial with Roman chapter ring and blued steel hands, punch-numbered at the base of the back of the dial frame 600/7, later movement casing to the rear with swivel stand, the replaced movement with going barrel and platform cylinder escapement, the front and back-plates punch numbered 2037
