Numbered 104; second quarter 19th century
The case on Sphinx feet supporting detatched fluted columns flanking arabesque-cast gilt-metal panels, stylised pommagranite finals to the top with central handle hinged to addorsed Sphinxes, the dial with silvered Roman chapter disc with foliate engraving and blued moon hands, manual calendar dials below for date, day of week and month with their corresponding number of days, the single chain fusee movement with horizontal lever escapement with steel three-arm balance and foliate engraved cocks to the back-plate engraved No. 104
