A large pair of Tibetan bronze standards
in the form of vajras with triple terminals in the form of makara-heads and three heads of deities with skull headdresses, above double bands of leaf motifs enclosing shou-characters and faceted mid-sections interspersed with vajras above triple lion heads, the tri-form blade-sections inlaid with multi-armed deities and characters, the circular base decorated with various figures and animals among breaking waves, the details inlaid in turquoise -- 69¾.in (177.2cm) high, Qianlong sealmarks and possibly late in the period, (old wear, some inlay missing).
