Sino-Tibetan, 18th Century
Crisply cast seated in lalitasana on a double lotus base, holding a vase in her right hand and her left hand raised in vitarka mudra, her loose robe arranged in elegant folds and richly adorned with a belt and necklace with beaded strands and pendent jewels, with foliate armlets and bracelets and a lotus stem at her shoulder, her face with a serene expression, her hair pulled back in a topknot surmounted by the head of Amitabha and with a tiara of flaming jewels, the gilding slightly stained by incense, with a two-door miniature cabinet base lacquered red
