Veneered overall with simulated cube parquetry and inlaid with fruitwood and green-stained lines, the rectangular top above a concave-moulded frieze cylinder inlaid with an oval medallion of Diana with two hounds and a deer, enclosing four small drawers, three pigeon-holes and a green material-lined writing-surface, above two long drawers and a shaped apron, on tapering square cabriole legs with ormolu foliate sabots, possibly North Italian
