The rectangular top inlaid with a marquetry of a vase of flowers and foliage standing on a plinth, with birds and scrolling foliage to the sides, with ivory-inlaid edge, above a frieze inlaid with sprays of foliage and flowers, the front with a drawer, on barley-twist legs joined by an ivory and marquetry-inlaid 'X'-shaped stretcher with open centre, on bun feet
