A Moustiers shaped circular mythological plate
Circa 1750, two X marks
Painted in ochre, blue and green with Diana surrounded by playful putti with a basket of fruit and crowning her with a wreath beneath a tree within a circular cartouche surrounded by scrolling flowers, the border with swags of flowers pendant from shells and scrolls divided by pendant flowerheads from a shaped green and manganese line rim (minute rim chip and slight glaze flaking to rim)
