With gilt verge movement, finely engraved and pierced cock and foot, engraved and pierced pillars, engraved going barrels with chain fusée, quarter repeating, en passant hour, quarter and half hour striking and alarm on four hammers onto a bell, with pull quarter repeat, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, decoratively pierced gilt hands, outer Arabic five minutes division, inner alarm ring with Arabic numerals, window for date, alarm stop/start slide in the dial, the pierced case with chased and embossed scroll decorated bezel, the reverse similarly decorated and centred by a classical scene in high relief, movement signed
