Rectangular flat brown and yellow flecked case with shaped wavy top, each sliding side decorated in silver and red gold piqué posé and piqué point with peacocks perching on a branch surrounded by elaborate scrolling foliage and gnats, the gold hinge chased with concentrical reeding, the interior with five yellowish leaves, gold clasp, one side with vacant aperture fitted for a pen
