Probably Hungary, 17th century, maker's mark only D over A between pellets
The domed foot repoussé and chased with a band of masks and scrolling foliage on matted ground with scalloped border above, the body enclosed within a similar band and with similar border, the domed cover chased with masks and vases of flowers on matted ground within an outer band of flowers and shells, baluster finial and scroll thumbpiece, the scroll handle cast and chased with figures, masks and foliage, marked twice on base and cover
