Circular, the bowl repoussé with dots within rayed bands, the slightly domed centre engraved with a Russian toast in Viaz script, the shaped handle caste with an horseman within scroll border, the reverse of the handle engraved with the Cyrillic initials 'i B s' and the numeral '7', the upper half gilt, the base engraved with inventory number N50, otherwise apparently unmarked
