An 8-inch (20cm.) diameter terrestrial table globe, made up of twelve colour-printed paper gores and two polar calottes, the equatorial divided, no ecliptic shown, the countries coloured, the oceans showing major currents and shipping routes (a few pin holes to surface, mark over Kenya), with aluminium half meridian divided into two quadrants on a wooden column and plinth base -- 11½in. (29cm.) high
