The double-sized pillars case with baluster carrying handle, with white enamel time and aneroid barometer dials flanking a conforming mercury thermometer scale, the top with compass to one side and movement viewing glass to the other, the twin barrel movement with silvered platform to the bimetallic balance with lever escapement, strike/repeat/alarm on two gongs to the backplate also with white enamel alarm disc and numbered 11076, with selection lever to base
