The case with hood with swan-neck pediment and outset ringed baluster columns, short tracery arch trunk door flanked by short chamfering to the sides, with cross-banded inlay to the plinth, the dial painted with scene of Bo-Peep to the arch and with country cottages to the spandrels, the white centre with seconds ring and brass hands, signature indistinct, heavy chipping, with un-stamped falseplate to the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement; damages
