The first with two-stage barrel, plain lock, and full stock inlaid with horn and mother-of-pearl between horn lines, the cheek-piece with the arms of the Electors of Saxony; the second with slender blade with etched decoration filled with red pigment on each side, including a dated inscription on one side, the handle encased in brass pounced with scrollwork
