A Pair Of 22-Bore German Wheel-Lock Holster Pistols
Third quarter of the 17th Century
With three-stage barrels each struck on the left side of the octagonal breech with a Suhl mark and maker's mark 'HK' (Neue Stckel 2961), rounded locks each retained by three screws and with engraved brass wheel-cover, figured full stocks each carved with a scroll on the fore-end and foliage in relief behind the barrel tang, iron mounts including spurred pommels, and iron-tipped ramrods (one partly replaced)
