A well engineereed 1/8th scale model of an 80 h.p. Grossley Gas Engine,
built by A. Walshaw, No. 282, with watercooled cylinder and separate cylinder head 2in. bore x 3¼in. stroke, counterbalanced crankshaft with oil ring, curved spoked flywheel, spoked belt pulley and starter pulley, main bearings with wick type oil boxes, gear driven camshaft, gear driven governor and linkage which varies the inlet valve opening, cam and rocker operated exhaust valve, cam and pushrod operated inlet valve, eccentric driven make and break and dummy magneto, exhaust pipe and silencer, inlet manifold with main gas valve and air regulator valve, water piping, gas regulator and coil, finished in blue and polished brightwork and mounted on a planked floor with handrails -- 15 x 28in. (38 x 71cm.). Perspex cover.
