Perhaps depicting a Hellenistic ruler, his held turned left, with small full lips and wide lidded eyes, the upper lid extending beyond the lower at the outer corners, the top and back of the head intentionally left rough for completion in plaster, two mortices in the upper corners to accommodate an attachment, perhaps a diadem
