the associated lid with gouged edges, above an interlocking rosette and bead-filled frieze, with two arcaded panels centred with geometrical inlay and flanking a central rosette filled guilloche panel, on ribbon-twist filled stile feet, the sides twin panelled and with later carrying handles, one lost, bottom boards replaced -- 43in. (110cm.) wide
