Circa 1815
Richly painted in the Imari palette and enriched in gilt with flowerin peony and chrysanthemum issuing from an urn on a fenced terrace, the border with alternating panels of flowering branches and of a bird perched on a similar branch reserved within a gilt ogival arch issuing foliate scrolls on the cobalt-blue ground, comprising:
A navette-shaped footed bowl, 13in. (33.7cm.) wide
Two oval sauce-tureens, covers and stands, 8.1/8in. (20.6cm.) wide, the stands
Four shell-shaped dishes, 8in. (20.3cm.) wide
