A walnut bureau-cabinet
Crossbanded overall, the rectangular moulded feather-banded top above a pair of doors enclosing a fitted interior with eight open compartments above four short drawers, above a fall-front enclosing a plain interior with variously sized open compartments, the base section with a drawer, on cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, the reverse with paper label inscribed CHAPLINS LTD, possibly 19th Century, incorporating earlier elements, adapted, minor damages
