A 19th Century silver-gilt, enamel and pearl brooch, by Francois Desir Froment-Meurice,
of Renaissance revival style, designed as the modelled figure of Harmony playing the viola, flanked by two putti infront of twin pillared canopy and shell design pedestal, with green guilloch enamel decoration and untested pearl terminals, supported by twin birds of Paradise and suspending untested pearl single stone triple drops, the reverse signed FROMENT, in a fitted case.
