stamped F. Gely and 1r apparently Zofingen or Lausanne, circa 1800; the caster stamped with crowned F, probably for Florence, Italy, and initials ?LiD
The deep circular bowl on pedestal base, with tongue and dart rims, with two foliate scroll handles--5in. (13.3cm.) high; the baluster caster topped by blindable, bayonet fitted, the cover pierced with stylized face--4in. (10.7cm.) high, 9.5oz. (2)
