A famille verte biscuit ewer and cover
pierced and modelled as a stylised character with elongated spout and loop handle, painted with central panels of scholars and attendants within borders of scrolling lotus flowers and leaves -- 8in. (22.2cm.) high; and a further ewer similarly decorated -- 7in. (19.7cm.) high, 19th Century, (one cover missing, one cracked).
