Mr Zangwill Adumbrating Zion

The Jewish novelist and playwright, Israel Zangwill (1864-1926), who proselytized for Zionism, was the subject of several caricatures by the artist. He also appears in the group caricatures A Biassed Deputation in 1908, and Revisiting the Glimpses in 1911.
