Geneva, circa 1780/1800, with prestige marks including a maker's mark DG
Shuttle-shaped box, the vertical coin pattern guilloch panels on cover, sides and base coated with translucent steel blue enamel and bordered with bands of opaque white enamel dots, the lid centred with an oval enamel plaque painted with the Coronation of Esther, within a border of translucent green enamelled leaves on a matted gold band, the matted gold borders and side pilasters applied with raised opalescent enamel beads and ovolos alternating with translucent green and red enamelled leaves and berries
