Oblong of oval section, overall of yellow guilloch enamel panels with simulated moss-agate decoration within bands of opaque black enamel embellished with gold dot and dash motifs, emanating from the gold-mounted cabochon moonstone thumbpiece in a sunburst design, one end with hinged vesta compartment, the interior of the hinged cover engraved 'Maria Ana', marked inside cover and base
