Third quarter of the 16th Century
Comprising almain-collar of a main plate and two neck-plates at front and rear, hinged on the left and with short spaudlers of five plates each, cuirass comprising back-plate struck at the top with two indecipherable marks with culet of one plate and breast-plate with prominent central point, moveable gussets and prominent roped turns at neck and arms, skirt of three plates, and knee-length tassets of seven plates each, the lowest deeper and bluntly pointed, the surface throughout with raised plain bands, the main edges turned and roped, and some bordered by a raised guilloche pattern (some leathers broken): on iron stand
