An informal robe of purple silk
woven with roundels, with black embroidered borders and white satin sleevebands with chrysanthemums, sleeves tucked up, late 19th century; a green satin coat with four dragon roundels and three pairs of phoenix over short sea-wave, 20th century; and a frontal of red satin finely embroidered with a peacock and butterflies in a floral landscape with lotus, peonies and plum blossom, with woven border and knotted and tasselled fringe, 19th century--52 x 220cm
