A finely engineered model single cylinder horizontal high speed stationary engine
built by H. Booth circa 1950 with blued steel clad cylinder 1.7/8in. bore x 2in. stroke, valve chest, displacement lubricator, cylinder draincocks and pipes, inlet and exhaust pipework with flanged joints and main stop valve, studded stuffing boxes, slipper type crosshead and piston rod tail shaft guides, marine type big end, counterbalanced crankshaft running in two main bearings with oilers, gear driven governor linkage and valve, spoked flywheel and 'V' belt pulley, finished in black, green, red and polished brightwork and mounted on a cream painted metal base -- 8 x 22in. (21.5 x 56.5cm.)
