A Meissen (outside-decorated) group of Bacchus and attendants
modelled by Ernst Leuteritz after J. J. Kaendler, seated on a barrel draped in a leopard's pelt, holding a goblet of wine, Pan and Cupid seated at his feet with a Bacchante in attendance, before a tree stump garlanded with fruiting vines on a rocky mound base, blue crossed swords mark, incised C354, Pressnummer 65, circa 1880 (her foot and the sceptre broken and repaired, some other damages) -- 31.5cm. high
