Formed from two half sections joined to form a full head of Hathor on a dark blue ground, the cow-eared goddess' face in turquoise with black details, the eyes white with black pupils, wearing a banded broad collar of red, blue, green and white, and a yellow and black patterned head-cloth with flanking uraei in yellow with green, red and dark blue, each wearing a crown in white, the headdress surmounted by a shrine in white, red, cobalt blue and yellow
