Contemporary French red morocco gilt, covers with triple fillet panel and central arms of the Dauphin (1729-1765), spines elaborately gilt, black morocco lettering pieces, board ends and turn-ins gilt, g.e. (small scrape to arms on back cover of Vol.III, small dark spotting to Vols II and III, some scuffing and minor spotting to covers and extremities, spines slightly faded and dried); slipcases.
