4o (190 x 150 mm). [1 blank] + 80 + [2 blank] leaves. Brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive script. (Browned and stained, some margins repaired.) Modern blind and gold-tooled red morocco, three modern and two old paper flyleaves at the front, two modern and two old paper flyleaves at the back.

Fols. 1r-45r: text of Sefer Nitsachon.
Fols. 45v-52v: blank.
Fols. 53r-63r: continuation of Sefer Nitsachon.
Fols. 63v-73v: blank.
Fols. 74r-80v (74v-78r: blank): some additional polemical writings, probably by the copyist, among them his reply to a Mr. von der Lei, 'Dom Herr' of the church of the Kurfrst (elector) of Trier when the two met in Koblenz (Germany).

A kind of handbook with refutations of arguments used by Christians in disputations with Jews, arranged in order of the Bible. Composed in 1390 and first printed in Altdorf 1644 (Vinograd, Thesaurus, p. 23, no. 1). Only on Pentateuch and Prophets. Copied in many manuscripts.
