2o (325 x 195 mm). 226 leaves, with various Hebrew and modern lead pencil foliations, some blanks. Brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive scripts. (Browned and stained, fols. 17 and 18 bound upside down, edges frayed.) Modern blind and gold-tooled black morocco, two modern paper flyleaves at back and front.

CONTENTS:
Sha'ar ha-Kelalim was copied at the end of the book. On fol. 199r there is a commentary by R. Isaac Luria on the saying 'En techilat dino shel adam' and a note on the letters of the alphabet by Jacob Temerlis (printed at the end of Sefer Yetsirah, Warsaw 1884, fol. 30v). On fols. 203r-223r: Luria's commentary on Sifra di-Tseni'uta from the Zohar. On fol. 224r: Sod Etsba Elokim by Samson Ostropolier (martyred in 1648).
