4o (190 x 150 mm). 371 + [8 blank] leaves (imperfect, see contents). Original Hebrew and modern lead pencil foliations. Brown ink. Different Ashkenazic semi-cursive scripts. With marginal annotations in different hands. (Minor defects, some browning and staining, otherwise good condition.) Modern blind and gold-tooled black morocco, two modern paper flyleaves at back and front, old red stained edges (incorrectly titled Otserot Chayyim on the spine, following Neubauer's faulty identification).

I. Fols. 1r-339r: text Ets Chayyim by Hayyim Vital.
Fols. 339v-[339a]v: blank.
II. Fol. 340r-359r: Sha'ar ha-Nevuah ve-Ruach ha-Kodesh, some yichudim and the commentary by Hayyim Vital on the Idra on Ha'azinu, entitled Gali Amikta. This redaction of the Gali Amikta is usually found in Ephraim Penzieri's edition of Sefer ha-Derushim.
Fol. 359v: blank.
III. Fols. 360r-371v: Sha'ar ha-Kelalim (end missing).
