A SET OF FOUR NORTH EUROPEAN BRASS-INLAID MAHOGANY FAUTEUILS
Early 18th Century
Each with tablet back inlaid with a foliate frieze and centred by a lozenge-shaped padded back upholstered with striped green and ivory velvet, the scrolled arms and padded seat conformingly upholstered above a tablet apron and conforming palmette inlay, on square tapering legs, one scroll with restored break, upholstered as two pairs, variations in the inlaid frieze decoration (4)
