Brigadier C.H. Prickett, [D.S.O.], served in South Africa with the Telegraph Battalion, Royal Engineers from January 1902. He later joined the nascent Royal Corps of Signals and became one of its most senior Officers, his D.S.O. being granted in February 1915.
