Shown seated in vajrasana with the right hand in varadamudra, wearing a high openwork tiara centred by the figure of Amitabha Buddha, the hair pulled up in a high knot above the tasselled strands falling over the shoulders, the loose drapery exposing a beaded jewel necklace, pendent ear-lobes set with earrings, the lotus and wave base cast in two detachable sections
