A Peach-Form Porcelain Water Dropper
Choson Period (19th Century)
Resting on a seven-sided stand modelled as the stem of the fruit, the two side leaves incised with diagonal lines to indicate veins and painted in underglaze cobalt blue, the pointed tip, cylindrical spout, stem and four stylized flowerheads below the tip painted in underglaze copper-red, also covered by a glossy transparent glaze with blue hue
