FLOWN United States silk flag from Apollo 12. A 4 x 6 in. flag mounted on a 9 by 12 inch NASA certificate. The certificate reads: "This flag was carried to the moon by the crew of Apollo 12, November 19, 1969, Ocean of Storms".
