A collection of autographs acquired during the filming of the Magical Mystery Tour in Newquay, Cornwall, between September 12-14, 1967 comprising: a page of Atlantic Hotel, Newquay, Cornwall headed notepaper, signed on the reverse in blue ink by all four Beatles; and ten postcards, each signed on the reverse by various members of the cast and crew including John Lennon, George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Shirley Evans [Accordionist], Jessie Robbins [Ringo's Aunt], Nat Jackley [Rubber Man], Ivor Cutler [Mr Bloodvessel], Maggie Wright [Starlet], Mal Evans with inscription love from your fellow spaceman, Mal, Magic Alex, George Compton, Spencer Davis and others

Although Spencer Davis appeared in some of the footage in the previous lot, and his signature was also obtained by the vendors of this lot at this time, he did not appear in the Magical Mystery Tour film. Davis happened to be on holiday in the nearby Cornish town of Perranporth and met up with Paul, Ringo, Neil Aspinall and others in a local pub. It would appear that he was invited along for the shooting in Newquay the following day.
