The Louis XV doucine case with repouss foliate mounts to the galleries, presentation inscription dated 1898 to the top, plain mask to the off-white enamel annular Arabic chapter ring (rubbed retail signature), plain centre mount, blued steel spade and double swell hands, the single barrel movement with brass platform to the cylinder escapement, stamped for Richard & Co. on the backplate -- 5in. (12.5cm.) high
