A CYPRIOT BASE RING WARE WISHBONE-HANDLED BOWL
LATE CYPRIOT, 1650-1050 B.C.
With flaring body, handle repaired; a Plain White Ware bowl with loop handle, 6 in. (16.5 cm.) diam. max.; three Cypro-Archaic lekythoi, each with red rim and dark brown and red encircling lines, one with rim repair, all 750-475 B.C., 7.3/8 to 4 in. (18.6 to 10.1 cm.) high; four Plain White Ware footed jugs, three with pinched spouts, one round-mouthed, 10 to 4.3/8 in. (25.4 to 11.1 cm.) high; five footed dishes with horizontal rims, 7 in. (19 cm.) diam. max.; and two Hellenistic lagynoi, each with sharply defined shoulder and single handle, one with groove below neck and brownish-orange bands around the lower body, neck repaired, 6 in. (17.1 cm.) high av., all 5th-1st Century B.C. (16)
