Circa 1740, contemporary mounts
Painted by B.G. Haer with a continuous landscape with miners sorting and grading ore and at various pursuits, the base with two miners at rest, the rounded triangular cover with three miners by a pile of ore, one with a pick and one with the gilt AR monogram on his hat, the interior of the cover with a master miner, a gentleman and a miner at discussion by a pile of ore before distant huts
