18", with nickel-finished fully jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, hour, 10 minutes and minute repeating on two hammers, gold cuvette with engraved inscription, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, blued steel spade hands, subsidiary seconds, in plain case (No. 248201) with repeating slide in the band, together with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, original fitted presentation box, case, dial and movement signed, cuvette stamped
