Painted with a parrot in a landscape, the reverse with a still life of fruit in the niche of a stone wall, a dead pheasant hanging above and resting below on the plain table surface, both reserved within cisel gilt bands on the rich blue ground, the cover, rim and shoulder with small landscape panels interrupting the wide band of gilt foliate scrolls, the spout gilt with a vase of flowers under a bracket issuing foliate scrolls, the handle with harebells and dots
