Maker's mark indistinct possibly ICC in lozenge, Paris, 1819/1838
On three stylised palmette feet supporting the circular stand bordered by a pierced gallery with arrows, oval and foliage, below a beaded and above foliate rim, the frame with six caryatid supports, the centre with a column stem and laurel ring handle, with three associated cut-glass bottles
