The blade honzukuri, iorimune, torii zori with chugissaki, itamehada with some ji-nie, hamon is suguha of nioi with ko-nie, chu-maru boshi, o-suriage nakago, 21in. (52.8cm.); in a nashiji saya decorated with gilt mutsuboshi mon, gilt copper Efu tachi mounts and shitogi tsuba with leaves and tendrils in kebori, menuki of gilt copper mutsuboshi mon, 19th century; a Diplomatic Corps sword of Chokunin grade with a stainless steel blade, black lacquer scabbard, gilt fittings, complete with silk belt and bullion knot, 20th century (2)
