A Svres gilt-metal-mounted oval bowl
painted with vignettes of figures in a landscape, the reverse with figures fishing by a stream, within quatrefoil gilt panels, chased with fretted and seeded sections, with enamelled 'jewels', issuing leaves and flowers and suspending pendant 'jewels', the rim applied with a beaded band with leaf-cast handles and stand, circa 1875 (some 'jewels' lacking, rubbing to interior) -- 44cm. wide
